Panels are manufactured, sized for fitment within a standard "T" bar grid. Nominal 600mm panels actually measure 595mm. These are supplied in modules of up to 3000mm. Where a longer run is required, panels are sized so that joins coincide with the ceiling "T". These joins are concealed with a bespoke "H" extrusion which can be utilised in both standard and mini "T" ceilings, having flanges of different widths.
Panels are generally fitted by wiring them to the structural ceiling by the same method as the grid itself.
Radiant panels are manufactured from, and utilise the planets resources, so we strive to design products that perform as efficiently and economically as possible.
Our panels tested emissivity value of 0.96 in combination with its low mass (11kgs per square metre) and low water content (typically 0.944 litres per square metre) is testament to what can be achieved with careful design. Our radiant panels are amongst the lightest available of this type, whilst producing class-leading outputs.
Lifecycle
The lifecycle of the radiant panel is only governed by the integrity of the copper tubes within the radiant panel module itself. A lifecycle of 25+ years may therefore be expected. Once our radiant panels have reached the end of their useful life (i.e. they are to be removed for re-modelling, re-development etc.,) then you may rest in the knowledge that all components are fully recyclable.
